LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF KAREN LOUISE WHITFIELD 1. Declaration and Capacity. I, Karen Louise Whitfield, residing at 1450 Wynkoop Street, Unit 3B, Denver, Colorado, Colorado Driver License No. 03-457-8821, born March 9, 1966, being of sound mind and full testamentary capacity as required by C.R.S. 15-11-501, declare this to be my Last Will and Testament. 2. Nature of Instrument. I am writing this entire document in my own hand and signing it myself.
