LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF DANIEL JAMES BRENNER 1. Declaration and Capacity. I, Daniel James Brenner, residing at 218 Mathews Street, Fort Collins, Colorado, Colorado Driver License No. 08-224-9130, born July 2, 1984, being of sound mind and legal age under C.R.S. 15-11-501, declare this to be my Last Will and Testament. 2. Nature of Instrument. I write this whole document by hand and sign it myself, intending it to be a holographic will valid under C.R.S. 15-11-502(2), which requires no witnesses when the signature and material portions are in my own handwriting. 3.
